Refund policy

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. This doesn't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
